Treasurer
Treasurer Role–Maintain accurate records of the Woodside Waves fund and provide a financial report at the beginning and end of each season. Attend all Waves Board meetings. The Waves Treasurer also serves as Treasurer for the MOKAN Swim League.
Waves Fund – The Waves maintain a fund supported primarily through fundraising activities at the Back to Pool Night event at the beginning of the season. Fundraising includes a raffle for preferred parking and front-row seating at Tuesday and Thursday home meets, as well as a duck game where families purchase ducks for the chance to win prizes.
- End-of-season fun awards for swimmers
- Candy distributed during meets
- Volunteer badges and ribbon labels
- Meet and office supplies, including stopwatches and other small team needs
