Practice Tips
*Swimmers need to be ON TIME for stretching!
*Swimmers should bring a towel and goggles (preferably two
pairs) to every practice.
*Swimmers will want sweatpants and a sweatshirt, especially
during the early part of the season. It gets cold!
*Use the bathroom BEFORE coming to practice.
*If there’s rain, we WILL practice. If there is thunder or lightning,
we will NOT be practicing.
In order to receive text alerts, you will need to sign up on the BAND app. There is a QR code at the bottom of this page to sign up. Even if you signed up last year, you will need to re-register this to get this season's updates.
If your swimmer will miss practice due to camps, vacation, etc., please complete the Waves Practice Absence Form!
