Board President role -

The role of the board president is to work closely with Woodside and the parents of the Waves. President will schedule a board meeting four times per year and attend the quartertly MOKAN meetings. The president will run the board meeting using Roberts Rules of Order and present the agenda to the board prior to the meeting. President should try to attend all the events during the season and if not able to attend designate a trusted board member to be in attendance. President is also in charge of the banquet schedule and securing the coaches gifts for end of the season and the volunteer gift cards.
